1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
1.1 Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as described, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify:
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Include photos or videos of the damage/defect
- Keep all original packaging for inspection
Once the claim is verified, we will offer:
- A refund, or
- A replacement product at no additional cost
2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of propane tanks and safety regulations, certain items cannot be refunded:
- Pressurized propane tanks that have been filled, used, or installed
- Custom-order tanks or special-size tanks
- Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
- Items without original packaging or with signs of use
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
3. Order Cancellation Refunds
3.1 Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
3.2 After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. A return request must be submitted instead (see Return Policy).
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

- A restocking fee (10%–20% depending on tank size)
- Deduction of all shipping and handling costs
- Refund of remaining balance only
7. Restocking Fees
A standard 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns unrelated to damage or seller error.
Large tanks (250–1,000 gallons) may incur higher restocking fees due to logistics and handling requirements.
8. Exchanges
In most cases, exchanges are handled as:
- A return request (if eligible), and
- A new order placed by the customer
We do not ship replacement units until the original item has been inspected (except defective-on-arrival cases).
