1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1.1 Return Window
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- All returns must have prior authorization (RMA) from our support team.
1.2 Item Condition Requirements
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
- Free from signs of installation or alteration
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, filled with propane, installed, or modified.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened propane tanks
- Tanks that have been filled with propane
- Special-order or custom-built tanks
- Clearance or final sale items
- Installed piping, regulators, or fittings
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Authorization (RMA Process)
To request a return:
- Email us at support@dailypropanetanks.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and issue an RMA number if eligible
- Ship the item back using the instructions we provide
Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
- Freight returns for large propane tanks (120G, 250G, 500G, 1000G) may incur additional handling fees.
- We do not reimburse return shipping costs unless authorized.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos and a detailed description of the problem.
- We will repair, replace, or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Failure to report damage within the required time may limit our ability to assist with carrier claims.
6. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or something is missing:
- Notify us within 72 hours
- We will immediately correct the order at no additional cost to you
We may request photos to verify the error before processing the correction.
7. Refunds
7.1 Refund Approval
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been:
- Inspected
- Verified to be in acceptable condition
- Approved by our returns department

7.4 Restocking Fees
Large tanks and heavy equipment may be subject to a 10–20% restocking fee, depending on the product condition and manufacturer policies.
8. Cancellations
Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled free of charge if they have not yet shipped.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
A return request must be submitted following the standard RMA process.
9. Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused without prior authorization:
- Return shipping charges
- Redelivery fees
- Restocking fees
…may be deducted from your refund.
10. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unused, unopened items.
Exchanges for large tanks are subject to freight shipping fees and availability.
